Conservative restorations

Often, small cavities or dental "chips" can be repaired using bonded dental materials which are tooth colored and commonly called "composites".
Composite material is perfect for very small restorations which commonly require little or no preparation (drilling).  And typically, these restorations do not require any anesthesia (shots).

Other conservative restorations include onlays, implants, veneers or any type of restoration which "spares" unnecessary removal of tooth enamel by drilling and replaces and restores teeth without affecting neighboring teeth.
